Went in with seizures,strep throat ,bronchitis weren't very helpful they were just like whatever I gotta that second shift nurse was and one of girl techs were very nice but other that they treated me like I was some kind of bum of the street asking for drugs or something
Your staff is awesome. I had surgery their about 5 weeks ago. My brother is there now. All staff members provide service above and beyond
My family ALWAYS receives the BEST care from the staff! No half stepping... Always thorough and accurate!
I was there for a PFT test. Miss Mary took care of me as well as administered my test. She was extremely helpful, kind, compassionate and gentle. She was very informative and treated me so kind! You just don't find them like her anymore! Also, I would love to give mention too the young lady the registered me in that morning! My daughter was diagnosed with a chronic illness when she was 13 and is now almost 24. So she has been seen in alot of the different ER's and hospitalised by most, in the Las Vegas area. Summerlin Hospital is by far the BEST!! From everyone in the ER, to the nurses and doctors that treated her on the 3rd floor, she was treated with so much kindness and compassion!!! I had to bring my husband to Summerlin Diagnostic Center to have retina eye surgery. A very scary procedure. I was so impressed with the staff (nurses) and Dr. Liu. These great people took excellent care of my husband. Very friendly and so caring. I felt so at ease. I highly recommend Summerlin Hospital and thank all staff for putting my husbands needs above everything. If you have a choice make sure to go to Summerlin Hospital.#thebestcareever
Getting that call from my primary doctor that I had to drop everything and go to the ER and get an emergency blood transfusion was a very scary experience. I've always had a great experience at Summerlin Hospital. The moment I walked in I was treated right away by the most professional Nurses and Doctors. The Labor and Delivery team were very good with our pregnant daughter for an emergency visit. They were very sweet and hospitable to our family.
I disagree with the former writer...my experience at the e.r. was pleasant as were the people.
