I want to talk about how as a patient you need to know that your going to wait for awhile to be seen . It's a hospital and there are a lot of sick children, adult ,and elderly . People don't even realize that there is sick patients are emergency medical attention or coming through the back doors of Er. Yes there is a wait. I have never met so many rude people that are in the hosipal when here your sick and you have patients who are the horrible when your hearing them scream, and yelling at staff threatening I couldn't believ... read more
Everyone was so nice, polite and caring. It's been a long time since I've experienced an actual "hospital". My daughter suffers from lupus which as you can imagine is horrible by itself let alone. It's awful to always go to a hospital or doctor's office where no one is listening or really trying to help you. Here it was the total opposite . Everyone was great from check in until it was time to leave. I'm so very grateful.
I am not a happy person with my services I received at all since Tuesday I had some nurses that were awesome and some and hardly even saw. Summerlin hospital needs to be retrained again at what hospitality and customer service is again just so they don't forget again �
They really took care of me here. The staff was caring and professional.
L&D and antepartum nurses are nothing short of amazing!!!! Been here for 3 weeks and still might have 6 more to go and I have zero complaints!
Whent in for shoulder pain, gave me few X-rays, wouldn't give me an MRI, Which I really needed ! Was in and out - it's why I gave 1 star
I had my daughter at Summerlin on March 10th, 2017. Every single doctor, nurse, staff, everyone!!! Was truly amazing!!! They made feel so comfortable and they did a great job delivering my daughter! I couldn't have asked for a better birth story! They let me do skin to skin, video, picture, have the people I wanted in the room! Truly amazing!!!! I've spent many hours days even weeks at this hospital my grandmother and mother both passed away here my 1st son and my 2nd son will be born here in a few weeks the staffs wonderful the ER can use a lil improvement however
