I love this place! For my first birth I was treated amazing, amazing staff, good care, always asking if we need anything. Our over nights are always nice! When I had to have surgery done I was well cared also. My son got very very sick and I didn’t want any other hospital besides this one! Amazing service, good staff again, my son recovered fast! I love this hospital! Keep up the good work! Love all their service
I’m so thankful for Summerlin Hospital. I can’t thank them enough. Unfortunately, I’ve had to come here a lot. I had to have a surgery done here including many diagnostic tests and procedures. In the summer of 2016, I was rushed to the ER with severe abdominal pain. I stayed in the hospital for 4 days. The anesthesiologists, doctors, and nurses were all absolutely fantastic and they treated me with outstanding care. They did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and situated. Hospital stay after operation was not great...nurses too relaxed when called , upon original discharge labs were forgotten and upon running labs stay was delayed to next day, which is fine, but I would think labs should have been routine. Did not leave a good impression
Omg what a great group of nurses on 4 th floor intensive care. They are truly angels. Very very good.

A very bad place to go for birthing, unprofrsional and neglectful patient care. My very first encounter in this hospital was in 2006 the RN in labor and delivery do not have bedside manners, during my delivery my son almost died and the nurse made me walk to the bathroom where I colapse and fell in the toilet. I made sure not to come back. I am having another baby I was sent by mg OB-GYN there in August 2017, reluctant but I went. I brought my son who is 6 weeks old into the ER last Thursday because he was having trouble breathing due to a bad cold. Upon arrival the nurse put an IV into his foot because he was not eating. We were admitted to the hospital for oxygen treatments and spent 4 1/2 days there. He was not being given any fluids after the first day, because he began eating. On Saturday I noticed he was sensitive to his foot that still had the IV in it. I asked the doctor to please take it out. She refused, saying they 'may' use it again if he ... read more
I went to summerlin outpatient surgery..for a test...I would never recommend this place..nursing staff was very rushed and insensitive...they did not even put me in a wheelchair when it was time to leave..the Dr. Never even introduced himself before the test was given...terrible experience.......!!!!!!!
A bad situation was turned into a memorable lifetime experience. My experience was with the cardiovascular care unit on the 4TH floor. The professiolism, empathy and awesome attitudes of all the nurses, cnas, therapy personnel and everyone else involved with my care surgery and recovery. No one wants to go through what I did. But the ladies and gents were amazing and will forever be loved and remembered for the great jobs they did in my case. Douglas Crandall 10/03 '- 10/14
