My father in law was recently in ICU here for 5 days, my mother in law stayed by his side the whole time. Every nurse we encountered was amazing not just to him (the patient) but to her, and us as well. They gave it to us straight, but with kindness. Even as the life support was discontinued they were amazing staying close but also allowed us "our" time. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did guiding us through a very difficult journey.
Hands down the BEST hospital experience we have ever had! Just returned home yesterday with our new Baby and we were so impressed with the facilities and all of the staff, I would highly recommend this hospital to those having babies for an incredible experience and the best nursing staff out there! �
Very personable, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and there for your every need.
ER Dr was rude and completely ignored patients medical history in his diagnosis. We will never return to this hospital if this is the treatment patients recieve.
Worst experience ever in their "Birthing Center" which they claim is so great absolutely not nurses are rude and unknowledgeable theres no communication, CNA's never take vitals on time takes forever to page and have a nurse attend to your needs they absolutely do not help at all with the baby nor seem to care their hourly rounding policy is a total lie and they falsley sign off on it right in front of you charge nurses are a joke and dont fix any problems ill never go back here again
Our experience here is frustrating, I felt disrespected by the pediatric er attending male doctor...who spoke to us so rudely, our little girl having hard time to breath/ congested severe cough, with the high fever and not eating, and feeling so weak..did not really get help, and our aim to get help for our little girl is not met and we felt neglected, We were not even offered any alternatives to help our little girl to breath...When I made a comment to the doctor that our friend child was given a steroid shot to help with h... read more
Their reputation with having the best nursing care proceeds them but wish we would’ve gotten a different ER doctor/pediatrician. We’ve all been there having to go through such a rough and long day and long waits but there are always better terms to explain things to a patient or guardians/parents of the patient. Rehabiletion here is top .im very happy no complaints.
My nurses were AWESOME!! They took such good care of me despite the challenges. They even let me take a 2 hour nap when requested.
