I took my husband there last Sunday Morning. They did not want to see our insurance cards (just his ID). I realized after we left that they had never gotten this information from us nor charged us the co-pay. I have been calling repeatedly since then to try to find out why but get put on hold for a long time and never get an answer.

I was there on May 13th for surgery and from my pre-registration and tests on May 9th till I left after a two night stay, I can honestly say everyone there was so friendly and made the whole experience so much easier!! I have to say that the food was very good also!! Thank you to everyone there and I so appreciate the hard work you all do every day to take care of us patients!!

*MY WEDDING RING WAS STOLEN BY STAFF* I gave birth to my daughter on Monday May 6, 2019 at 10am. Around 7pm the young man who took my dinner tray also took my wedding ring. When we noticed it was missing it was already 10pm and he was gone for the night. I was not wearing my ring because I had a c section and I was swollen. My 80 Year old father came in with and infected Superpube after being at Wellbrook facility for 21 days. In the ER they did CT Head Scan and Chest xray without my consent for no reason other than he seemed confused... Again he was there for UTI and infected Suerpube Foley. I Made a complaint they I specifically said my father was confused from Dementia and prior stroke 3 years ago. once he was in his hospital room I was advised they need t change the Superpube Foley I advised them that in March when he came in with obstructi... read more

My wife and I used Summerlin hospital for our first born and we loved everything about it. This second time around, we went to register yesterday for our second child to be delivered and we were helped by Fred Morales. He was so nice and so professional. He really made us feel comfortable and not so nervous! This guy needs a promotion!

Had surgery here to have my spleen removed, somehow the hospital staff managed to loose all of my personal belongings... mind you they were in a bag with my name on it under my bed when I got put under. When I woke up in my room everything was gone, including my $200 electric breast pump. I filed a report while I was there, called a bunch of times after, filed a report with QR and they still haven't gotten back to me to replace my property. If you want to wake up with no clothes to leave in come here!

My sister was treated very good during her stay there..nurses and drs were very attentive to her needs and questions she had and I stayed there to be by my sister side and I too was treated very well. I highly recommend this hospital.
