Jade the tech in the emergency. There is no better person in the whole hospital who has the warmth and compassion that she has. Georgia also in emergency was excellent and attentive. My husband and I both were in the hospital this week.
The hospital staff was exceptional professional. With consistent hourly check-ins on each patient. This was the best hospital stay that I have ever undertaken despite the fact that I was ill, everyone took great care of me and I thank them!
There was zero communication with the Dad’s doctors. I called, was there 2 times every day, wrote my number on the white board and had the nurses ask the doctors to call me.In 10 days, I did not receive 1 call.
I thought the wait time was pretty good everyone was very nice. We were done and checked out within 2 hours very surprising my granddaughter was at sunrise and it took 12-13 hours before she came home of course it was a different injury but from urgent care then to sunrise that was a nightmare. I’m glad we made the right decision and went directly to Summerlin hospital emergency
Took my Mom to the ER for an issue (non life threatening). Check in staff was great, Dr and RN were great as well. No complaints there. But for whatever reason, they kept an elderly man in the ER area for almost 2 hours. What was alarming was that this man kept moaning and saying “help me” over and over again. FOR OVER 90 MIN!!! When I asked the staff what was the issue, they’re blasé attitude was that “he didn’t know where he was” and that he had a dimensia or Alzheimer’s issue. I found this revolting. Horrible hospital. If you really have something wrong, go somewhere else. I’ve just experienced my second admittance from the ER for the wrong diagnosis. Received the wrong treatment when my condition was treatable in a drs office. I narrowly escaped an unnecessary operation. The first time, I had vertigo and was admitted. A physical therapist came to my room in the morning to do a procedure to see if I had a salt crystal loose. He was on YOUTUBE to see how to do the manipul...Continue Reading
