Registration and preparation for surgery went very well. The CATH Lab was the most clean and up-to-date that I’ve seen. The staff was friendly, yet very professional. Dr. Vergara is the best when it comes to pacemakers and replacements. I opted to be awake for the surgery. I was able to check in at 12:30pm, surgery was quick, and I was out of recovery in an hour. My RN was awesome. Not only all that, my old battery was dying fast and I have a new lease on life. Thanks to you all.

My delivery at Summerlin hospital was not the best idea. I should of have gone to St. Rose Hospital. There staff wasn’t that good. I was in so much pain and they where not giving me pain pills on time.Only two girls where goood at attending me and making sure I had everything. I don’t remember one of the girls name but the one that I really did like her name is Martha.

My delivery went super smoothly thanks to excellent care I received from the L&D staff! From the moment I checked into the hospital via admitting, everyone was very empathetic and sweet. I forgot the name of the lady admitting me, but she was fantastic. The L&D nurses (Tim, Mary Sue, Shera and Jacque) were all fantastic! Dr. Gondy, Dr. Yay (sp?), and Dr. Nishihara have been super attentive and very good at what they do!

I was there for about 2 and a half days for back pain. I ended up needing surgery. Everyone there was AMAZING from the moment I walked in, to the minute I left. For being in so much pain and then surgery, it really was a pleasant experience. Nothing but great things to say. From the ER to my nurses on the 5th floor... and EVERYONE else, Thank you all so much for taking care of me.

I recently was at Summerlin hospital for a back fusion/decompression operation. Dr. M. Kabins did the procedure and I was placed in the intermediate care section. By and large the doctor, nursing, assistant nurses, techs, orderlys and just about all the staff were outstanding. All of them offering their help and care was much more than I expected. With the exception of "Lacria" (sp) of the case management section. I ended up staying at the hospital several hours more than necessary because she apparently couldn't be bothered... read more

I liked how attentive everyone was. And how nice, some a little robotic but we all do this in our daily jobs. I think if you genuinely like what you’re doing this wouldn’t be as transparent. All in all though I felt comfortable, except for the bed 🤭 Thank you 🙏 Summerlin Hospital 🏥

Multiple ways, one have your people "listen" instead of assuming. Don't assume a request is made for a silly reason. Your nurse put me at risk without cleaning the chair after a filthy person who said he stunk and had been drunk and also said he had Mersa was in the check in chair right before me. If the nurse that couldn't handle him anymore would have FYI'd the other than she would have understood my request. Also if you are going to put all people waiting into a room where one is sick and the other are awaiting test resul... read more
