RecommendedI just had my c-section last week with this facility with my chosen provider doing the surgery and I was well taken cared of. It was a premature delivery but it felt like everything was well prepared. The process was smooth from ante-partum to surgery to recovery and post-partum. Most were very attentive to your needs especially the 2 nurses in the labor and pre-surgery area, they were very nice and informative of the process. very caring nurses and received excellent care
They could start by taking an instant notice of all the blood. Even at WSU custodians would be there in an instant - and thank me for helping. AND I never met a smile or welcome. Fire the guy who sees people first. He's probably a serial killer in his off time!! REMEMBER - blood contains pathogens and anything the person has. It should be treated immediately and with the correct cleaning solutions. I'll never be back to you at this point. carol jensen

The nurses went out of there way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. Unfortunately I have been there three times this year, and my overall experiences were good. The one extremely major drawback are the beds. They are air mattresses. Seriously? The most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep on.
