First time at Summerlin and I must say it had been the BEST medical staff I’ve EVER encountered. I have a list of names that I was able to remember in order to thank. When I feel a little better, I’ll be posting a message with those names. So thankful for each and every one of them. THANK YOU FOR MAKING SURE I WOULD BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS!
Run very badly. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Discharge is so bad that it backs up with people waiting for a room. So much that it would take forever to explain it all. Would love to talk to someone in charge and not just a supervisor. If someone was paying attention this would not have happened to me twice.
The staff is very friendly, supportive, and informative. The admitting office personnel are quick to get you through the procedure and into a bed.
Everyone so nice and helpful. Answer my questions and make you Feel comfortable
