I went here somewhere around 2013 I believe, I was 12. I had a staff member call me a b**** for not smiling, and I was left out and not allowed to go outside or get up to grab water or talk just because I didn’t want to pee in a cup for the nurses 😅 They also moved my things without telling me and was annoyed that I got upset, and threatened to baker act me if i didn’t stop crying over missing my family. RecommendedWent to ER on Dec 18 with chest pain and the staff from first person was amazing efficient and caring. I was seen immediately and they examined everything in record time. Thankfully I did not have a heart attack and the doctor explained everything and recommended a cardiologist. Thanks to your hospital and staff. I would recommend. Patty Chaplin

RecommendedThe ER team saved my life! I came in with symptoms of a heart attack and then my heart stopped for 10 seconds. I regained consciousness and after an ekg they said I had irregular heart beats and I needed a pacemaker now! So the cardiologist there found a surgeon to do it the next morning. The hospital was full so I stayed overnight in the ER and after surgery, they found a room for me. The staff, day and night, was very nice and professional. And the food was great too! RecommendedI recommend everything about Spring Valley Hospital. Pre Op personnel were fantastic, Nurses, PT personnel are all great. The facility is clean, no one complained about anything. I had heard that hospital food was terrible----what hogwash, well balanced, more than one could eat and downright delicious! I was always treated with respect! Excellent experience.
