I love this place. One of my friends introduced me to them a few years back and I haven't bought cupcakes from anywhere else. Wonderfully made and the best quality! If you want the best cupcakes in town this is the only place you need to stop at!
So I love this place. Have been here several times. However my last visit was not good. Broom and dirt pile left in the middle of dining area. Then I got a peach cobbler cupcake. Owner microwaved it to soften the frosting. My cupcake could not stand, was leaning. When I took the paper off the peach filling had caused the cupcake to melt on my plate. After a stressful start to the day I had an urgent errand couple doors down, came back to Sugar Rush (2nd time ever here) and service was great, the cupcakes were even better. They are a bit pricey but overall not bad. The mango passion fruit cupcake literally tasted like a piña colada....I instantly felt nostalgic. It triggered a feeling of calmness, sounds silly but I told both of my girls it felt like a vacation cupcake. Now back to reality. Thanks Sugar Rush!
