RecommendedI would recommend but I do have a couple of comments about areas of concern. I would appreciate transparency of charges. I had a 10% discount offer. When I didn’t see it on the invoice, the service rep told me the discount was deducted from labor cost. I would rather see the charge and the discount listed separately on the invoice. Also, a better place to leave cars after service is complete would be appreciated. Timothy Bayer has got to be one of the best sales people I’ve spoken to. Good sense of humor and very professional. Would for sure 100% go back. Vehicle I purchased had a few minor issues with it. I explained my concerns and he was 100% there to help and fix the issues with out any problems. I cannot thank him and that team at suburban ford of Ferndale enough!!!!
