RecommendedI have used Suburban Ford of Ferndale from the beginning of their arrival in Ferndale, and have not been disappointed with their work. I don't live far and it is no problem for them to drive me home, and pick me up when my 2004 Sport Trax (I love) is ready, I don't think of any other when it comes to maintance....

I received an email inquiring about my car and I decided to see what was available. I went in on Saturday and drive out with a new car with excellent rebates and an excellent percentage rate! Bruce was a great sales person and got me everything I wanted in a new car.
They were friendly and efficient I was 1 oil change away from my free oil change and they did away with the owner advantage rewards which I think they should of offered me my next oil change for free they said no they stopped that and I had to put the FordPass app on my phone which I thought was wrong

You do not have to be related by blood to receive sincere and honest love from Nick. That's what I feel and receive every time I visited them! I love my 2019 ECOSPORT and her name is Velvet....lol. thank you again!
