Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and they go out of the way to help you and make your visit as pleasant as possible. This is my second lease from SFF and I will definitely continue going there for my vehicle needs and so will the rest of my family.
We are third time buyers at Suburban Ford. Every vehicle we purchase has a laundry list of problems. Now, I’ve been two days without a car. One problem they fixed, the rust on the rear door. Another issue, the defective TPMS season they refuse to fix due to cost. The REAR air they listed as being equipped with, they refuse to fix saying “it’s crazy expensive and it will just go bad again”. There’s a concerning rattle in the front end.
