Great customer service! Always efficient! The manager completed my recall a day earlier than expected!
Terrible customer service. First time I've tried Suburban, and the last. Charged for service not performed, late completion of tasks despite scheduling an appointment, and overall, a terrible experience. Go elsewhere, like Wetmore's, where I should have taken my car to begin with since I have taken them there for 15 years.
Friendly, efficient service. Brian took care of my vehicle and made sure that I made it to work in time
They are professional and polite. It was my first time there and I now have made them to go place for repairs and oil changes and who knows might buy a car.
