They sold me a vehicle that was supposed to be clean and passed there supposed 180 point inspection 1 day later check engine comes on 900 dollar repair and they told me to go to a ** dealership to get it repaired I called them back and they told me that they would not cover it and the ** dealership told me they had recently cleared the code on the car right before sale very poor business practices and unprofessional. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a new vehicle

I brought my car in for transmission related issues. They did a diagnostic test and stated the reason my car was acting up. They fixed the alleged problem. When I went to pick my vehicle up the problem that I brought the vehicle in for persisted. I returned the vehicle immediately. It was test driven and later determined that it was the transmission ($6300). I requested a refund of the $2000 I initially paid for the unnecessary work done. To no avail...

I went in to this dealership for the annual service on my vehicle in December2023. After leaving the dealership, my vehicle was still running rough, the low air light for the tire was still on and nothing seem different in the handling of the vehicle than before I took it in. Once home, I popped my hood to check my oil to see if it had been changed, and the tissue was just as dirty!!! This business is horrible. I bought a car 10/16/2023. The service alone was the worst I have ever experienced and I wish I would have walked away. I had drove 8.5 hours due to the dealership only wanting a cashier check. When I got there waited 3 hours for them to write up my paperwork, which ****** stated she had already made me an appointment and I would be in and out. HORRIBLE experience at a terrible company. Bought a car here recently. In less than 48 hours, it broke down as I was getting on the on ramp to the expressway. Terrifying and so upsetting. The engine light came on and the transmission isn't working after only 2 days and less than 100 miles of driving. It won't even turn on at all. I didn't purchase a warranty. I've been a customer with this location for the last 8 years and leased my last 3 vehicles here. I recently decided to buy out my lease due to the pandemic I had very low miles. I bought a 2022 Bronco Sport through this dealership and do not recommend others to go through this dealership. The sales team was inconsiderate and clearly did not want to help resolve issues they created after the sale went through. Bought a used car there in March. The salesperson was excellent. I have also written AUTO DEALERS who dropped my negative review.I complained that there was a $300 charge for "reconditioning" but there was no reconditioning. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. Apparently, everyone is charged this fee. It needs to stop or the reconditioning, DONE. I waited an hour for the salesperson to have the car cleaned up. I purchase a SUV in 2017. It has a oil consumption problem that I was not aware of. This car ***** 2 quarts of oil every 900 miles. I was always putting oil in it. I call the dealer about this issue several times. There answer to the problem was to sell me another car. The car I have still has car payments. I couldn't afford a higher car payment.
