Buying a vehicle shouldn't be so hard.. I had been searching for awhile for a specific vehicle, found one at this dealership (a 5hr drive from my hometown) and reached out requesting documentation so my bank could wrap things up and cut the check.. I waited over 24 hours for the salesperson to attempt to email me the needed documentation, it never arrived; I asked for it to be faxed, it never arrived. I’ve been taking my vehicles to this location for a number of years, the service has been consistent and the wait time within reason. Last week I brought in my vehicle for scheduled maintenance, I was told the wait might be a little longer than usual and to be patient, which was fine. About an hour later my service rep informed me that it would be a couple more minutes. Sure enough my car came around the corner and was parked where I normally pick it up after service. I've had my car service here a few times excellent work
Personnel needs to do their. Within the process paperwork had to be redone. Tow months later they finally got my title from the bank. Had an agreed up date for me to come in and sign the title over. Today received multiple calls from their salesperson and sales manager. I agreed for a porter to come to my house, what an inconvenience as I am getting ready to leave for vacation. Never will I do business with them again. Many other Ford dealers that actually make the experience smooth.
