They stole my car. And told me it’s my problem

Some one apparently stole our vehicle off the lot and we've been treated like we stole it. The staff was very unaccommodating and rude. Of course we're upset we expected to pick up a vehicle.

Brian Legowsky, Service Consultant at Suburban Ford got snarky with my dad (76 years old) who lives in Hazel Park. My dad just turned in a ford lease and leased another ford, however, it was not through Suburban Ford, but Elder Ford in Romeo. My dad thought he had the beeping back-up feature on his vehicle, and it wasn't working, so he decided to take it to Suburban Ford since they are so much closer. RecommendedLet me tell you ..... suburban Ford has done it again ANDREW PERKINS didn’t hesitate to step up and fix my on going issue and help me with knowledge about the issue. My car was done literally that day and my appointment was not far out. Even calling asking a million questions he made me at ease. I had recent maintenance service done. Pete, the service advisor kept me informed of service work that was performed and the progress of it. Work was done as promised. Vehicle was delivered back to me quickly. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Suburban Ford.
I had my car towed to Suburban Ford on July 8,2020. My experience was top notch. I had a recall on my vehicle and Andrew took me right away by the time I made it to get my second drive I received a call saying your car is ready. Very professional, courtesy, and respectful. ETA was less than 30 mins. I appreciated all they do to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Also, washed my car. Thanks
