The worst used car that I ever had in my life was bought at suburban Ford of Ferndale!!!! I’ve had the car two years and every four months over the last two years my car has had to have a repair that is cost me hundreds each time. I would definitely think twice about buying a used car at that dealership
Bought a used dodge advertised to have bluetooth. The day I took delivery I called them to tell them it was broken. Came back to address the issue and was told it's not part of the safety check and there was nothing they could do. Buyer beware check everything because once you sign they dont care anymore
Fast and efficient service
I’ve been servicing my Explorer at Suburban Ford of Ferndale for about 4 years. They are always so courteous and polite. They are honest saying they’ll try to get something extra done but don’t promise. A pleasure to work with
I stopped by for the works yesterday and was not told about any delays. 2 hours later I finally got my truck back. I'm very disappointed that the service representative didn't tell me about any delays. If it happens again I will be looking for a new dealership. My regular representative was on vacation maybe that's why I didn't get a respectful heads up.
Stopped in for an oil change without an appointment. Was told they were really busy & it’d be at least a few hours. ONE hour later I was signing papers & on my way! Fast friendly service!
