I will not buy nothing from this dealer. I bought a 2015 Transit from this dealer and had to take it back in 2 days because the back door did not close and the drivers seat is not fixed and the seatbelt did not work. Now I took the van down to Arkansas for a family trip on June 1st. You would not believe what happened the motor went out and my van is still there and Macarty Ford has not worked on it yet as of this day 6/24/19. Great service dept. I was only there a little more than an hour. Andrew was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about his job. I'll definitely be back.
They had me in and out within an hour yesterday when I needed a new key made for my Edge and they also were able to squeeze the Works package in. Very impressive. Will most definitely be back for all of my Ford service needs.
