I took my Ford fiesta in for servicing and the gentleman that took care of me in the service department was very kind and helpful and I greatly appreciate that because it was a very rough day for me.

Mr. Fogle sat in the car with me and explained all the "new gadgets", which was really helpful. I'm very happy with my purchase! The Service Manager was very helpful and I appreciate the problem resolution skills employed- He was patient with me and very compassionate...He listened...He reassured and He resolved, so I definitely will return to the Ferndale location!
