Fantastic service!!! Took my car in for maintenance/oil change and some recall issues. Work was completed in about an hour, and the maintenance/oil change was comped!!! I will definitely be back!!!
Jake is awesome! Excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Suburban Ford. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Service department. Brought my truck in for service and the service advisor treated me like I was a nuisance. Very unprofessional and disrespectful 😡
I typically dread purchasing/leasing a new vehicle however this experience has changed my mind. We used suburban ford last winter when our other vehicle needed body work and repairs, their service department’s customer service was outstanding. After that experience we decided our future business would be with this dealership. Jake was our sales person, we handled everything via phone, email and text which was perfect since we have busy schedules. We went in today to sign and drive, we were only there less than an hour! Patrick helped me An was very nice an efficient. Even though there prices are retarded, an they could have washed my vehicle after paying over $300 - it was an ok experience. Will I go back maybe not, but PATRICK was great.

I wouldn’t buy my car anywhere else! I tend not to get my car serviced at the dealership, for I’ve had terrible experiences in the past (not with Suburban), but the service tech took amazing care of me on yesterday and I’m thankful!
