Was told over the phone to charge to replace a bulb if I purchased my own bulb would be $30. Got to dealership was told whoever told me that was wrong. Was changed $92 just for the bulb to be replaced and was lied to over the phone. Horrible customer service. I know the call are recorded, they should of admitted to me that they made an mistake instead of lying.
Very disappointed in this dealership. I was going to purchase a car from them and trade my car in as a down payment. I was floored when they offed me only 500 for my car. And another dealer is selling a car like mine with more miles for almost 4000??? Is this fair? I left and if you are considering them don’t cause they won’t be fair with you!
Everyone was super helpful and worked hard on our deal for us. We’ll be returning when we need service and also to purchase our next F150!
Recently completed my second Ford lease at this location. Tim Bayer was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with! He went above and beyond for all my questions, concerns, and learning experience with the leasing process. He explained things to me so that I may understand them simpler—otherwise the process can be a confusing one. He made sure that everything about my Ford lease was understood, all while making us laugh and having a good sense of humor. Some reasons I enjoy sticking with Ford!
Service was great and very fast. The people there were excellent. I will be going there from here on.
