RecommendedQuick and efficient service
I went to suburban Ford of Ferndale collision shop and had my car repaired but when it was time to pay them they replied they were not part of Ford and they would not except my ford service card I was very disappointed to hear that when I take my car to a Ford Dealer i expect ford to repair it not to send me to a third-party on the other hand the service manager Mr. Mike helped me out tremendously and resolve the issue thank you Mr. Mike if it was not for Mr Mike I would not come back to suburban Ford of Ferndale! Great customer service from Darin Fogle and Mike Goltz, they exceeded my expectations.
What a pleasant experience. Was having nav issues, screen going black. Came in talked to Kristin and she was awesome. She assured me that she has seen this before and knew the technician Christian knew what to do to get it corrected. Before long she came to me to let me know the truck was fixed, washed and pulled up front waiting for me. The showroom/ lounge was clean and coffee was good. Thank you suburban Ford it was a flawless experience!
