I went in just for information and got a car! It was exactly what I wanted and less than my current lease. I couldn't resist. I've always been happy with the service at Suburban Ford Ferndale. Never a problem. Always courteous and done in a timely manner
I've taken my car for service twice in the past two / three weeks. The service is always good, but the one thing I cannot figure out, is each time my service is complete, I pay for the service and then I wait and wait and wait and wait to have my car pulled around to be returned to me. It's really unbelievable. I waited longer to get my car back yesterday, than the entire service took... I just do not understand why they can't get a more efficient method for returning a customer's car promptly upon payment...
If you buy a car from Suburban Ford...do not buy the extended warranty that they offer. It is the worst extended warranty in the industry. We purchased the best (most expensive) extended warranty Suburban Ford offered us, and it isn't worth the glossy brochure it's printed on. Buyer beware... do your homework and research first. Wish we had.... angry at myself for not being a smarter consumer... just hoping we can help other customers not make the same mistake we made.
