they are great ppl and they have the truck I have been looking for since 2006 and they had it and I drove 9 hrs to go get it two yrs ago and I love the truck after its paid off I plan on going back to them for another truck love the ppl there

Great service department!
They went above and beyond for ensuring my vehicle had all the options and safety features I needed. The car was filled with gas, washed, and Nick even came out and set up my Ford sync. He also, got in the car before I drove off and set my phone up to Bluetooth so I didn’t have any issues. Overall, the experience was seamless. I’ll only go back, and suggest people new to leasing (as I was new) to go to Suburban Ford and be helped by someone there. Thank you guys for the experience!!
Just leased a new truck from Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Such an easy process. Nick was very informative about the vehicles that I test drove and gave great insight along with great details for all of my leasing optiins. Mike made the paperwork quick and simple and not the chore that it usually is. While signing all of the paperwork, Nick made sure that mu new truck was detailed and gassed up. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Service is always awesome here, but having the same service writer would be a suggestion, I want to throw out there.....familiarity & consistency plays a big roll in comfort & trust, otherwise kudos for always taking care of me.
Darrin is the reason we keep going back! He is the real deal. The service department is the top of the line. Great teamwork!
