I had a good experience this week when I visited for the first service on my Forester. The service tech, Robert Canche handled the situation like a pro. I told him I'd go across the street to Costco while the service was performed and he said to just bring the cart back to Subaru Pacific and load up the car -- someone at the dealership would take the cart back. Robert answered all my questions and made the visit a breeze. Thanks!!
KEVIN ANDERSON was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. After experiencing his education about Subaru, I now look at their cars as extremely high quality and top of the line vehicles. I left with the Wow factor!!!!!!!
Loving my new '18 Outback! I went through the Costco Auto Program, and it save so much hassle, highly recommend! Thank you so much to all the awesome and friendly staff over at Subaru Pacific. Tom Dessaint, Alejandra, Jason and Kamiron were all wonderful and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. Robert in the service department went above and beyond and stuck around for me, after I got delayed in traffic. My only wish is that they'd offer free car washes for new cars like the MB Toyota dealership does.
This is the place to buy or lease a car. The dealership, Subaru Pacific, along with Kamiran Beck made a typically challenging task actually stress free.
My disabled mother in law went for service and told advisor about hard start and rumblings - Advisor said it was fine! Turns out on way to AZ, we have dead battery multiple times bc this dealer didn’t install computer update on a known issue when my M-I-L took it in! Computer drains battery - hmmmm... terrible service department. We then had to wait 10 min on hold just to be disconnected and then call again for a voice mail. Terrible service-i blame them for us having battery issues in Arizona bc they should have installed computer update when it was taken in for service! It was a known issue for the outback 2016! So very disappointed
