The first time I took my Outback in, it was to remove a nail from a tire under the tire warranty. I watched as a clerk billed the tire warranty company $50+ for the service. I waited 1 1/2 hours before my car was ready. When I got home, the tire was again low, and surprise! The nail was still in the tire, WITH THE CHALK CIRCLE AROUND IT. RecommendedAs always, excellent service with no hassle. My radio computer stopped working and the part was on back order. I was offered a rental as the length of time needed wasn't available. No muss, no fuss. The service people are above any I have ever had to deal with, and I am getting up there.
