Went here today look at a cross trek and wanted to trade my current car in. I was upside down some money these guys wouldn’t even bother trying to get me approved. Straight out told Me no without running my credit or anything. Super lazy sales manager here. Every other dealership I went to I got approved, so these guys are Just lazy!

Traded my 2015 Subaru Outback for a 2017 out back. Got a lien satisfied from the DMV which should have been taking care of Subaru pacific. I have made many phone calls to Subaru with zero response. Until today, got hung up on by the operator and then finally got a hold of a manager and she also hung up on us because she didn’t even know what to do. I'm a previous Subaru owner who had the misfortune of having my beloved 2009 Forester XT totaled in a rear end collision. When it was clear that I needed to replace my old vehicle I remembered Subaru Pacific for their great customer service on my Takata airbag replacement.
