Incompetent service staff doesn’t know the difference between a fix-a-flat and a road hazard. Nail in the middle of the tread, $10 fix, and I’m told it’s unrepairable and I have to replace it with a new tire ($160). Luckily, I asked for the tire back and was able to get my money back. Wonder how many people this happened to and it never got caught....
Kamiran Beck, John Pack and Steve the Finance guy took very good care of us. In and out with a very good deal in 2 hours. Was not able to bring the car home right away so Kamiran took the time to deliver the car to our home after work hours. Loved that these guys went the extra mile for us. Excellent service.

Went in shopping for a new car, wasn’t really in the mood to be looking, but I’ve always wanted a Subaru Crosstrek and we were in the area. Zach and Jason were amazing and so great.
