John Jacinto provided me with excellent service. I was in and out in a very reasonable time.
Jim Nielsen, helped me buy a wrx and the experience was pretty easy! He explained everything throughly and answered any questions I had. He told us the best options to save the most money. He was very approachable and ensured he would help us if we had any questions even after the purchase.

This dealership’s Service department is all sizzle and no steak. The front desk is very good but the actual work is very suspect. I just had a $1600 Service done there which included a manufacturer recommended 90k Service. Not inexpensive. When I got my Outback, a number of the standard inspection items that were checked off as being done were NOT done!! Today, it started to rain. I switched on the windshield wipers and they disintegrated on the windshield. I looked the inspection sheet and windshield wipers was checked off.... read more
I've been here a lot lately for things big and small. My Advisor, Steven Lee is always helpful and polite and goes out of his way to make me feel like my concerns are important to him. They really hustle to get things done fast.
Erick Rodas was the guy, an advisor, that I had an appointment at Subaru Pacific. Very polite, knowledgeable and able to guide you through the entire process. The only negative experience that I had was the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes more from my appointment time because he was extremely busy helping other customer in front of me and answering calls at the same time. I believe he is a very popular guy, most of people behind me was waiting for him, too. He is definitely a great asset to Subaru Pacific.
