Took the car in for recall service. I was fifteen minutes early for my appointment but Ovy Ortega, my contact, took me at once. He said it would take six hours and offered me a rental car. I expected to pay for the rental but Ovy said it was included in the service. I had a cup of their really tasty hot chocolate (free) and headed out. They said they would call me about 3 P.M. Shopping at this dealership is like no other ! I was greeted by Kamiran Beck , he showed me the difference between a Forester and an Outback . He was very knowledgeable and friendly . The dealership is neat and pets friendly . It was a great experience and for sure my next car gonna be from Subaru Pacific and my sales person is Kamiran .
Service Advisor Tony Cervantes was very courteous, helpful, and friendly throughout. I needed have my Outback serviced for some recall replacements as well as regular maintenance. He provided helpful and sound advice. Communication was clear and concise, mostly through text. I was also provided a rental car for the day and when my car was ready at the end of the day, there were no hassles. Thank you. Would definitely take my baby (Outback) here again.
Ovy Ortega assisted me with the first servicing on my new Forester. He was efficient, courteous and got the full maintenance service done in less than an hour complete with car wash and shuttle to my company and back. I am more than pleased and very impressed with the customer service at Subaru Pacific. Thank You☺️
I just got my 2018 STI and I couldn't be happier. Greg Tucker was the best. He worked with me and did everything he could to ensure that I got the best deal. He was very honest and helpful.
