I'm happy to say I had a very positive experience at Subaru Pacific recently. I took my outback in for a scheduled service and Tony Cervantes and the other folks whom I spoke with were very courteous and friendly. Nice Job.
My dad and I had an excellent experience at Subaru Pacific yesterday. I had already decided what car I wanted and we were able to find the exact CPO car listed on their website. Ken Bergeron was great and very accommodating for us. My dad, being a seasoned car customer for our family, said it was the most pleasant experience he's ever had at a dealership. Service was awesome and fast! Came in thinking I had to pay for my oil change and tire rotation and my service advisor said I have a free service up to 4 visits :). Love the new lobby!

Tom Dessaint got me in my new 2017 forester. I told him what I wanted and what I could afford and he made it happen for me. It was smooth process and it change the way I think of car 'salesmen'.
