The new location is awesome. Robert Canche, my service rep, was very welcoming and kept me in the loop during my brief visit for an oil change and was able to get me in and out in the time I needed. My pooches have always enjoyed their royal treatment at Subaru Pacific but today they had more fun hanging out in the dog park there. Thanks Subaru for smart thinking, for great cars and for awesome customer service!!!

The sales team was pretty awesome, unfortunately the positivity ends there. The sales manager was not in a good mood and made the process take THE ENTIRE DAY, to be over with, but that was fine, sometimes people aren't feeling it. Once our deal was set in place we headed over to the finance department where we were promised that our trade in would be paid off within 10 days, it took Subaru about 60 days to get the trade in car paid off, in that time our interest accumulated A...Continue Reading
