Tony Cervantes took me in as a walk in on short notice and took care of me in a speedy time. Not only did they do a fantastic job with my routine maintenance, but they also went out of their way to fix additional concerns I had about the car. They had a friendly staff with a cute dog and cozy environment. I would definitely recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone.
Last week I bought the Crosstrek from David Shields at Subaru Pacific. I'd been researching SUVs for weeks and was frankly sold on the Crosstrek about 45 seconds into my test drive, but I bought at Subaru Pacific because of David. He made the process seem familiar and comfortable with a no pressure approach and genuine personal investment.

I want to start this review calling out Carlo Lavarello. He made this process so pleasant and easy we would definitely buy/lease another car from him. Had my first service performed on my Outback I was greeted right away by a very friendly service advisor, Tony Cervantes. He explained everthing to me and assisted with the service on my car. Very professional. I love Subaru Pacific.
Thanks to Neal Ryke and the team over at Subaru Pacific I was able to get my dream car! After going to another Subaru dealer and getting the run around. Once getting in contact with Neal he was quick with responding and we were able to set up a date and take a look at the car, which at the end of it all I ended up driving off in! The best Subaru dealership and service folks I have visited in southern Cali. Sheri Atkins was at the command desk of the service department and took very good care of me. She was very accurate in estimating how much time I would have to wait for my new Outback and sent me on my way swiftly. I highly recommend Subaru Pacific.
