Great people at this dealership! From sales to management!
Subaru Pacific completely turned the way we look at car dealerships around. Where we once had suspicion and mistrust caused by other dealers, we now have renewed faith that there is actually a dealer out there that actually cares about their customers AND their community
Worst customer service I ever experienced,
What can i say...good conversation...direct you based on what your preferences are making it the perfect choice for your next car...for the price incredible technology. .. extras...no hassle...no pressure...no talking bad about the other competitors...is like the product sells itself and the friendly atmosphere just make you feel better from beginning to the end...not mentioning you driving a super cool ride ! Thanks Bryson and Shawn for making it happen for me...and props for the finance gentlemen who cracked me up on laugh... read more
Do not trust anyone here. I have had my vehicle here three times and they have failed to fix the problem all three times. Furthermore they fail to follow through with the customer service related promises they make. I have had a Toyota, Ford, and Dodge and none of their dealerships have failed me in the way subaru of pacific has.
