Dealing with the sales team was okay. But once we got to the finance department it was all downhill from there. The finance manager was extremely rude and pushy, selling us on packages we didn't need or want. Basically we ended up buying the Subaru Equity Shield and Extended Warranty only because there would be a 90 no fuss cancellation grace period. Yulissa Rabines, Internet Manager was the most helpful and knowledgeable car sales person I’ve ever dealt with (and this is my 8th car). After this experience, I will only shop online before visiting a dealership. Speaking of which, this dealership is the best I’ve ever set foot in! It is spacious, has a fun surfboard display, good music, clean, and best of all, a great dog friendly environment.
Jin Choi is great to work with. I went in for a test drive and told him what I am looking for. Within 2 weeks, he found me the car with the exact spec., right off the truck with less than 8 miles on it! Jin is very professional, he listens and cares about his customers. This is the first time I went car shopping without a male friend or someone with super bargaining skills. Jin is very open with the pricing and got me a very sweet deal. Thank you!

Jim Nielsen worked with me to get me into a 2017 Subaru Legacy. The experience was wonderful and pain-free; I used to dread buying a car but Jim Nielsen really made it as simple as possible. Once I signed all the paperwork, Jim worked with me to show me all the high tech features of my car and helped me get settled in (he even linked my phone to the blue-tooth system in order to be able to use it while I drove home). Easiest car purchase ever. Yulissa got the ball rolling before my sister and I got to the dealership and Paul in finance closed out the deal while keeping u laughing the whole time. Yulissaasked us questions and showed us features before and after our test drive! The process took about an hour and a half...great service from Yulissa and Paul...thank you again!
A young salesman name Zack was hardworking and honest, gave us all the information required and requested. He made us feel very comfortable the entire time we were there.
