I made an appointment, but, being unsure of morning traffic to the new address, arrived thirty minutes early. Robert Canche greeted me with a smile, and was friendly throughout, and we went for a test drive promptly. We had a great experience at Subaru Pacific. Tim was super helpful and very easy to work with. There was no pressure and they were very patient. I really recommend Subaru Pacific for anyone who is thinking about getting a Subaru. Tim was very helpful without being push. We love our new Outback!
We requested a quote on a premium Subaru Forester with leather interior. The store manager Lee Mehlman sent us an email quote on a Thursday. Jin Choi was the salesman. When we went in to the dealership to purchase the car, Lee did not honor the price he quoted, saying it was a "mistake". He also said he knew it was a mistake but never called us to tell us. I dread going to dealerships. Not because of the prospect of owning a new car, but because of what you have to go through to get there. The experience was completely different at Subaru Pacific with Zach Vasquez. He's like a friend helping you out, not a high pressure salesperson. He drives a Subaru and knows the product. He made a huge difference and I'll be going back to Zach for years to come.
