Love the new location, very clean and spacious. Staff is always amazing. I usually work with Jim for my services, he does great. Casey helped me out today and was wonderful. Everyones always helpful, no ones pushy, just an overall stellar experience every time.

Your facility on Roy horn way is excellent with great service. The car runs extremely well but I must say the driver seat on the Subaru outback limited is as hard as a rock it is causing me pain and I think the company should think about making some improvements . I will think seriously about changing cars earlier than I had hoped.
I brought my Subaru into the dealership today to receive service. I had an amazing service experience because of Russell in your service dept. I will be returning to Subaru for all of my service needs because of him.
We took our Outback in for its first service today. I easily made the appointment via the My Subaru app yesterday. As soon as we arrived in the service express lane, Casey, our service concierge, greeted us with enthusiasm, went over initial vehicle stats, explained the service and time it would take, and showed us to the customer lounge.
