Just bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Premium 6-Speed today. Made the deal with Will and Nicole the week prior via email and a phone call to negotiate the price and secure a deposit to hold the car (another closer dealer wouldn’t do this and lost the sale) for a week. Took just over an hour from the time I walked in, completed all the paperwork, vehicle intro etc, until I drove out. Hands down the best new vehicle transaction I’ve had.
Outstanding service at Subaru of Las Vegas dealership today. Went through Express and was assisted by Casey. New location near 215 and Rainbow just opened today and they thought of everything, including a grassy play area for your four legged family member! Thank you guys and gals!

Where do I begin with my level of disappointment in Subaru of Las Vegas; if a zero star review were possible, that is what I would give them.
