The 2017 Subaru Forrester that my daughter got is TERRIBLE!!! Been in the shop multiple times already for FAILURE to START. At least 6 times since she bought it in August 2017 that the car would not start. They changed the battery, alternator and something in the computer software and still having problems. The company denied us the buy back. All we want is to exchange it for another brand new Forrester!! We do not deserve a DEFECTIVE product. You guys sold us this, DO SOMETHING!! I acquired my third Subaru on Friday, and the second from Subaru of Las Vegas. I have never had a bad experience with the dealership. I had a major accident 2 years with my last vehicle (Tribeca) and the guys in the service department were wonderful advocates for me with the insurance company. On Friday I walked in just to check out the new vehicle options, and left several hours later with a new Crosstrek.
