We made an appointment to get the Takata airbag replaced in our 2011 Blue Subaru Outback. Hugo in Service greeted us and got started right away on our job. Chad also welcomed us and talked cars and showed interest in our Subaru. My excellent experience with Subaru started four years ago when I bought my first Forrester. I just traded for another Forrester Subaru. With the experience of 56,000 miles, I couldn't be happier. Thus my return. My wife tells me she was surprised because I never sat in the new one or even opened the hood. I guess that explains by happiness with owning the first Forrester and my good experience with the staff at Subaru of Las Vegas. Subaru has and is getting a better reputation each day.
First time buying a car with 0 miles, Mark and Ashlee did a great job of laying out all my options, making getting the 17 STi an easy choice. A little pushy on the warranties, but that's what they get paid to do. 😉 Great experience would return for my next vehicle.
These people took care of this out-of-stater who needed a new car, and fast. Thanks to Car-Pal for taking care of the details while I drove from Death Valley to the dealer. All I had to do when I got there was sign papers. Subaru of LV took great care of me. Highly recommended.
Run on family values by people who hate family's. Don't want to pay a living wage to employees and rip you off every chance they get. Oh and service department wants to argue about parts that's exist. 98 Impreza auto does have a trans filter. Thanks for not acknowledging reality. Safety recall for a year.
