Fast and friendly service. I was in for window tinting and they did an excellent job. Brett also answered all of the items on my list of questions regarding our new Subaru Forester. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

This was my first "service" on my brand new Forester. I went in for my window tint appointment and my Encore appointment. The Encore appointment was first. I had my list of question and we went through everything on my list. My questions were answered and everything was demonstrated by Jeff. I love that they have this service. I was disappointed, I was on vacation and need my second service on my first new car purchase. I needed an oil change and tire rotation the two and a half hour wait was fine since it was a busy Saturday. What upset me was the fact that the service stated the tires were rotated when they were not. I know because I was upset that the night before when pulling into the parking garage I scuffed the front drivers side rim and it was in the same location after they claimed to have been rotated them. Terrible service department. They treat their customers poorly. The service department is always backed up so your appointment doesn't mean a whole lot. In fact I was told this morning after I had made an appointment in advance, that since it was a Saturday, they would not be able to look at that particular issue and turned me away. They used to have a service manager named Ken that was more than helpful; now I wouldn't count on Subaru for much.

This has been the absolute best car buying experience in my life!!!! Sales staff was friendly, courteous, extremely helpful. Took time to answer and all questions. No pressure!! Because Subaru of Las Vegas sales staff do not work on commission, they don't need to be "sharks' like the rest of typical car dealers. Kudos to the entire team!!! You made my purchase of the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek a wonderful experience! I feel I made a team full of friends!!!

The service I received was good and very fair under my warranty. In for a oil/filter change, cabin air filter and tire rotation. When leaving I noticed my tire inflation light was still on. Took it right back in and they cleared it. Negative- bring back scheduled appointments as well as the drive up station. Makes it rough to show up for a quick oil change and have 5 cars waiting in front of you! I am very happy with my car!!!!
