Always a good experience. Facility bright and clean. Staff friendly and helpful with directions, opening doors, etc first service on my new Subi and at new location but many prior on 2009 Subi at old facility. Dealership fast and fair so highly recommend
So I went to check my engine light before work today and the service there was phenomenal!!!Justin Allen is the best !!!His customer service is spectacular!!Definitely will be back to this dealership!!
Very great customer service. I would like to also mention they have a outstanding team. The vibe the energy Subaru brings makes me what to have a Subaru for life. Took car in for my six month oil change. The gentleman took all the information and gave us a heads up on the prices. First time in the new dealership. Lot better location. Would have given five stars but took longer than I thought it should have. Do understand that it isn't a quick lube place, but still almost waited two hours.
Took my Subaru for its first service today! Sergio the service tech was prompt, courteous, friendly and personable. Logan in Parts showed me exactly what I was looking for in seat covers and I checked out flawlessly and timely. Everyone was so nice! Customer service was stellar and I left smiling 😊

The building on Sahara was nice, but the new bulding on Roy Horn is a lot more nice. There was no wait time to check in and the car was serviced quickly. Browsed over the new subbies and had a slushy while I waited.
