Highly professional and accommodating staff. Great waiting area
The staff was great and they worked quickly and did a great job. Finding the place was a pain. I originally went the the Service address listed on the we site, but wound up in the wrong place. Then used my Google maps and again it took me to the wrong place. Finally found it on the map and made it.
Very friendly place. Loved the site. About 30 minutes and I was all done.

Took the Crosstrek for its first 6k mile service today. Our service advisor, Sergio, was friendly and informative. The customer waiting area is the nicest I have seen at a dealership! Complimentary drinks and snacks, my 12 year old daughter didn’t want to leave! The waiting area is pet friendly and kid friendly. Service was completed quickly too! Thank you Subaru Las Vegas for making our experience great! We no longer dread car service appointments now that we have a Subaru.
Fantastic service and always kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle check/oil change. The best dealership I’ve ever encountered.
