Pre-approved and Pre-qualified for loan, completed trade in information on line also just to be told I had to do it again, from square one, at the dealership. After more than 2 hours at dealership I was no closer to completing the process or given a real trade in $ or information regarding available vehicles or loan amounts. I walked out in frustration
Seriously so glad I bout my Subaru here :) the guys in the service department are the best. The guys here all seem super helpful and fun to be around. Specifically Hugo and Justin! Sucks to have to take your car to the dealership at 8am on a Tuesday, but not at Subaru of Las Vegas!
They were all friendly and courteous. Also Melanie was especially helpful and nice.
They are always friendly courteous and always giving updates on where in the service process your car is. Love all the goodies and beverages that are available.
