Another great experience. We didn’t even make an appointment but drive right up. Took no longer than the time told to us. We waited for our car Ann drive away happy.
Two things are why I am giving this review. The first is I called the service department to see if I changed a specific part on my new vehicle what would it do to my warranty. I was passed around 3-4 time only to get a voicemail. I left a message and did not get a reply. I called two weeks later and was finally able to get an answer. The second reason is because of poor training in the parts department. I called to talk about getting a gasket for my STI power steering reservoir. I took my Outback in for a 6K oil change. Hugo was my service rep. He greeted me with a smile and was super nice. I love the waiting area. It’s so nice and clean. The coffee is excellent too. I was there just over and hour. Seamless!

Wonderful customer service at Subaru of Las Vegas! My father and I came in for a new Impreza and Outback. Mark was very accommodating, answering all of our questions/concerns and made sure we got the best deal since we are both on a budget. No runarounds- we knew what we were looking for and they gave us just that. Hassle and stress-free, my father and I both drove off with our vehicles that afternoon! We were so happy with our 2012 Outback, purchased and serviced at this dealership, that we traded it in for a new 2018 Outback.
