This place is an absolute joke!! Don’t ever move here. Pay $2000 a month to not have A/C for almost 3 months also being the summer months and not considered an emergency bc it’s not 80° outside!! Except we have pictures of our thermostat over 80° and the temperature outside too! Wanna know there fix?? Only 2 A/C units so either me or cait are with hot rooms or our living room is hot?? Don’t move here, They should not be calling this luxury apartments they will show you a nice apartment and rent you a dump. They nickel and dime you for everything. Nothing is classy just trashy. Save your money for a real upscale apartment. How can they get a A+ from BBB. What a joke stay away.

This company has no ethics. You are forced to sign a lease before the approval process happens, thereby immediately locking you into their terms. If a situation happens prior to your move in date where you cannot live in the selected area, in my case my company restricted what state I could live and my elderly mother needed me, you are locked into a lease. I am being forced to pay rent every month for a place I never even picked up the key. They refuse to let me out of the lease.
