I currently live in the Outlook DTC apartments, unfortunately the Connor group took over this apartment complex when I was already living here under Greystar. Sarah and Brandy scheduled what they called an apartment inspection but when they showed up, they were just talking with me and gossiping like school girls and then coerced me into signing a paper stating that it would be to lock in an early bird special price. When I then tried to give my 60 day move out notice, they told me they couldn’t accept it and that there are ... read more

I currently live at Cypress at Stone Oak. We have lived there in the past while it was under two different management companies. Both of those companies provided excellent customer service to all residents. It was because of this that, that when we moved back to San Antonio, we immediately decided to move back to the complex. Unbeknown to us, the complex was being sold to the Connor Group. After Connor took over, our service requests have gone unanswered - including those for AC not working. First the pan would fill and the ... read more

I live at the Paddock at Eastpoint in Louisville, KY. It has been an absolute nightmare since I moved in. When I sat down with Lianna to look at the unit, she asked me what I was looking for in an apartment. I told her I only had one need. A good maintenance team that responds in a timely manner. When I moved in, my balcony lock was broke. I reached out time after time and it took them three months to fix it. I am a young female alone most of the time. What if someone broke in? Do you guys have no regards to my safety? The w... read more

They lie. Advertising and signs on the property mislead prospective tenants by stating they are in a different school district. When I emailed Sarah D she said the change only recently occurred. But I checked with the school district and they have NEVER been in that school district. Why did they even own the signs? It was all a lie. Do not trust them! Utility bill isn’t based on your usage. They nickel and dime you in fees. No one gets their security deposit back unless they threaten or take to court. Cars broken into becaus... read more

We rented the Carnegie (2 BR, 2 BA) at **********. Before move-in, we rated ********** 5 stars. Their staff leaned in during the sales process and we were able to quickly sign a lease. The square footage and in-unit washer and dryer were great for our family. We enjoyed the pool, too, even though we had to clean it ourselves every Saturday before swimming and the hot tub was mostly out of order. Why 2 stars? Read on. It's worth noting first that our unit felt out dated: * cracked laminate cabinet covers, low-end ... read more

I live is a close quarters unit and the maintenance used Sealant on a apartment without any warning. My dad has been a plumber for over 40 years and he mentioned that Sealant is very dangerous, the fumes can cause issues. I have a toddler with breathing issues and not to mention the apartment has widows that were sealed shut. The property refused to do anything. I foolishly signed a renewal as my finance asked me to endure here because the last time I moved I hurt my back. I am waiting for him to get home so I can get out of... read more

Business response:

Our team went to the unit after Ms. ***** called and there was a privacy lock. Therefore, our team was not able to enter the unit. They communicated to her that they were unable to enter and requested they she let them know when she unlocks the double lock so they can get in. Our manager **** had a phone call with Ms. ***** on 2/23 which only discusses getting granite so they are checking to see if they can come out to check her unit by end of week. **** is also getting an idea on safety from my resurface vendor. For... read more

This company is so screwed up they don't clean the apartment halls. They love to put more fees on your rent. I been here for 7 years the management don't have a clue what they are doing. Another thing the people I no who lived here longer than me are upset with the Conner group

Absolute slumlords. The Connor group just sold the building the Edge on the Beltline in Atlanta. For a YEAR there has been a faulty water alarm that loudly goes off at all times of the night. In December it went off everyday from 4am-10am. They were aware of this but decided to hold off on fixing it. There is no quiet enjoyment of our lease. Their customer support sent the rudest email, telling us to kick rocks. Last night it went off again after a week of peace. 4am. This is a trend. The door from the garage to the building... read more

Business response:

We were working to repair the alarms- it was part of an extensive project with multiple parts. This project was one that came directly from our CapEx department at the head office. I searched our customer service email and was unable to find one under your name or email or Alyssa's. I personally oversee the customer service email and can tell you I have never told anyone to "kick rocks" or anything of the sort. As of Tuesday, January 25 we no longer own the property however, I do wish you the best and hope you enjoy the remi... read more

I am a current resident at Excelsior and Grand in St. Louis Park, MN which is one of the Connor Properties. I have had many issues and I have lived here only a month and a half. I wish I could get out of the lease. Property is rundown, outdated, and so many maintenance needs/issues. My ceiling has been leaking in both bathrooms. I contacted management over 2 weeks ago. Maintenance looked and asked if mold is present and said this time of year basically can't fix the issue on the roof or find the leak. I feel I should have so... read more
