We started our paperwork with the Reserve at Canyon Creek in San Antonio at the very beginning of June. They took a roughly $350 deposit to hold the apartment, and then dragged out finalizing the lease for 5 weeks, making tons of excuses for their delays and assuring us every step of the way that everything was fine (as it should have been; we have plenty of money, good credit, good rental history going back a decade, volunteered to pay the entire lease up front, and had a great co-signer as a backup) - only to tell us we we... read more

Unsafe and Absolutely Filthy The building alarm system is inactive, entrances are left open at night, homeless people wander into the building, trash is not collected and accumulates with the most awful odor throughout the building. Mold and roaches are in common areas. Homeless people live in an adjoining storage unit business and are beginning to camp on the street one block away. If you're a young adult or a woman, I would encourage you to find a safer, cleaner building elsewhere.

Do not ignore low scoring reviews!!!!! Long review, but I highly recommend you read it, so you know what you're getting into. This place is absolutely terrible! I feel it should be noted that they did not disclose to me that the mailboxes had been broken into and were not operational and all tenants have to go to the post office 20 minutes away to get mail and they also did not tell me the pool and hot tub were out of order. Somebody ran over a light post and as a result it was laying on the ground for over a month before ... read more

This management is absolute trash. I honestly cannot wait until our lease is up and it's only been a month. We couldn't even move in on time because they didn't clean the unit prior to our move in date. They lied about cleaning, painting and cleaning the carpet and tried to tell us it was because the property manager was off that day to do a "walk through." We were promised a refund for the weeks that we could not move in and I have sent over 10 emails and messages to Bryan and no response. These people are the most disrespe... read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. so lets just start. Maintenance will steal out of your apartment, they have "routine" things, but those things still have issues. Its more of an inspection to see what you have in your apartment or if you're living on your apartment because there is so many AIRbnbs. There are a few cool maintenance people who will help or lookout when they can. The office and corporate is where the real issues lie. On average the rent I paid ranged between 1700 and 1800, even though my apartment was ad... read more

I am currently being refused a lease renewal because I got behind in rent during COVID19 due to loss of wages with the previous property management company (which I paid in full). The Connor Group took over in April and I have paid my rent on time each month since then. They are now refusing to renew my lease because of my payment history with the old property management company even though I followed every rule directed to inform the old property management company what was happening financially during covid and making a pa... read more

My air conditioner shows 78 degrees, it is very hot outside, and in the apartment too. Many times we ordered something to be done with the AC unit, but it still didn't work. It's not hot outside yet.

I would give no stars if possible. There is CONSTANT change in staff, and they all seem to be worse than the last. I became severely disabled after saving a four year old at work and taking a 20ft fall. I have been medically declared unable to work for over two years, now. However they keep raising their fees and don't give at all when I call and explain that my only source of income is from Worker's Comp. For example, if the first of the month is on a holiday, I won't get my payment until the next business day. The office r... read more

MANAGEMENT BASICALLY PUT VANDERBILT STUDENTS IN A "CATEGORY of those type of renters" Discrimination at it finest! They did not do a final move-out inspection and did not take any photos. We took photos of what the unit looked like and NOW claimed it was not clean so basically stoled $450 from my daughter and her roommate. My daughter and roommate spent 6+ hours cleaning. Their claims are based items that were wear and tear of appliances and old bathroom tiles. When we arrived to move my daughter in the unit was not ready (t... read more
